Rib Lake Trail Ordinances

                   1. ATV hours are closed in the Village Limits from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
                   2. Access to ATV routes from residents is the most direct route to and from any                           designated ATV route
                   3. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to operate an ATV within the Village                           Limits   (unless accompanied by an adult).
                   4. OEM Exhaus Required (no modified exhaust) (original equip. manufactured).
                   5. ATV Speed Limit 10 mph.
                   6. All ATV trails closed April 1st to April 30th.
                   7. ATV route starts at Lake Shore Drive north of Fawn Ave. across Hwy 102                           to Fayette Ave.  Fayette Avenue west to East Alley.  East Alley south to Mill
                        Lane.   Mill Lane south across Hwy 102 to Railroad Street.  Railroad Street                           west to Kennedy Street.  Kenndy Street north to Hwy 102 across to Conoco                           station (Pete's).

State law requires that headlights and tail lights must be on within the Village                                                                                                                            Limits.
                                                                                                                     9. State law requires drivers and passengers under the age of 18 must wear a                                                                                                                            helmet.
                                                                                                                   10. ATV's shall be operated on the extreme right side of the street or alleyway and                                                                                                                            travel with the flow of traffic.  Also, ATV's shall operate in single file
